The room was not clean, sheets had literal stains on them. I had to wear shoes in the room so my feet would not turn black. Although a jacuzzi is advertised, it is no longer there. The pool looked nice and inviting, until we saw the department of health closure sign. There was no coffee pot in the room. The outdoor lights shine into the room, darker curtains would be a great help. The courtyard was beautiful though, it could use a barrier to stop lessen the road noise, like a bamboo wall to keep with the jungle type courtyard. This motel has potential, if the room had a coffee maker and was clean it could have easily gotten 4 stars even with the pool being closed.

Nice place to stay

This hotel is family owns !!! We stayed every 6 month!! We can see a lots of improvements!! Freshly painted, a new appliances, comfortable beds, a new bedding !!!! And very nice people!! We will stay here again!!!

I wish some of the room still had the skylights. I loved the garden, but it needed some more attention. I wish the pool wasn’t closed. All in all, it is very nice for a motel and the staff was top notch.

The room was awesome and clean, very roomy. We would stay again. The pool wasn't open which would have been nice to know, I understand they were doing improvements, but they should put on the website the pool is under construction. Cant wait to see the improvements done.

We like this little sweet motel with a free parking space and beautiful gardens with swimming pool.Our room was very clean and comfortable.we had a private patio with a 2 chairs and table.Very close to mineral spring lake park and restaurants.Highly recommend.

The pool and spa are not working. The landscaping is not as beautiful as the pictures the website pictures They do have smart TV's but they are blocked. I had no ability to open any apps. The internet has a password but my iPhone said weak security, so I turned of my WiFi. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and large.

Dont judge a book by its cover

Checked in .was dissapointed by outer appearance but the room was a pretty fresh make over. Pretty quiet.not a lot of amenities but everything you need was pretty close by.

This is the coolest MOTEL ever!!!! The rooms are fine with new bathroomsl!!!! Each has a sliding glass door with a patio close to poolside!! It has a gigantic refrigerator and a microwave! And so very close to Warm Mineral Springs Park it is AMAZING!!!!!

The pool nned a good clean but we used it. Lots of organis debris. (flower petals, bugs etc) The jacuzzi was closed with a sign from the health dept. It was green green! Awful. The area uround the pool was run down, part of one cheeki was burned,some chairs broken etc. The room was clean however. Investment needed in landscaping and repair

Very friendly and helpful staff. Casual room, no frills. Perfect for our trip. Clean room. When people from out of state visit keep in mind this area is still putting things back together after Hurricane Ian. Will be back

Cute vintage 1950s hotel within walking district of the actual warm springs. Must dip at the Springs, its rustoc no frills warm springs, but is thereaputic. Take a float, not for kids to run about in. Now this hotel is a historic site, refurbished. Clean rooms. Cute remodel on bathroom. But dated curtains. Sadly NO HOT WATER and a disingenious response from owner. Internet failed, only good for phone, not laptop. Cute patio. Go if you want clean, streamlined, no frills.

First the pictyres on thus property need to be updated. The pictures on expedia must have been from 15 years ago, when this area was booming with travelers. I was stranded in the area on my way to Tampa. One if the walls in the room is a sliding door, while nice in summer. It was freezing in January, the heat didnt work, so the host gave us a heater, but it only warmed the area it was in. The staff were nice, pictures need to be updated though.

Amazingly, no bugs!!!

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was bug free, but there was a damp rid on the closet shelf. Never a good sign. I was there 4 days and no housekeeping. They just changed out the towels daily. Shower needs to be recaulked, pretty gross. Counters in living area were dirty, kitchen had a dirty hotplate and a few odds and ends, all dirty. There were a few old condiment packets in the kitchen drawers. It is not a full kitchen. The tile floor was so dirty that my white socks and feet turned black. No mopping for sure. Full refrigerator was nice. I paid $179 per night and saw it for $159. I went there for business and only for the location which was close to where I needed to be. Also, water is very hard. Good water pressure and hot water, but it was 5 AM. The smart TV works but the WI-FI is terrible. No ice machine, no tech in the rooms such as any USB ports. Pictures on Hotel.com are outdated.
