"The staff was excellent for any questions we had. The room we had was 2 king beds and couch with pull out twin. The room was very clean and fit our group of 6 perfect. The beds where comfy and the hotel was very close and convenient to the cruise port and other restaurants. We most definitely would stay here again"

"I checked into the hotel on August 8 and checked out on August 9 for a cruise trip. On August 8, my niece fell down while taking a shower in the bathtub. I only learned about the incident after dinner, when she told me what had happened.

"We had to change rooms, so smelly with mold and mildew, we got allergies. The second room was better but I needed to cover my face or wear a mask to be in there. The bathrooms both need new flooring, trim and paint, look dingy and unclean. The rooms are a bit dated, the bed was lumpy and made noise when you moved. Amenities were minimal, body soap did not come out of dispenser. Hair on towels. But breakfast was excellent, the bartender was excellent and desk staff lady was excellent."
