"The espresso machines are a nice touch, but not everyone is familiar with how to use them. It might be helpful to provide simple instructions, including how to make a regular cup of coffee, for guests who aren't looking for specialty drinks. The blinds are attractive, but they don't offer much privacy since you can easily see through them from both inside and outside. They also do very little to block sunlight. Adding curtains would greatly improve both privacy and light control. Considering the hotel hosts a large number of weddings and events, I was surprised by the lack of soundproofing. The loud music and bass vibrations from a wedding reception continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The parking lot was also challenging to navigate, and the signage throughout the property could be improved. Better directional signs would make finding parking and getting around much easier for guests."

"Room dirty 3 lge stains on couch as well as dried crud on armrest I refused to sit on it. I asked for another room and was told they were full and could not accommodate us.. Shower bar repair incomplete and the room was in the basement. The furniture is past its prime . When I enquired about the room being in the basement, I was informed that I should have asked Expedia where the room was located, What! No where on the Expedia website did it say that this was a room in the basement. The picture shown made the room look better than it was. The breakfast was nothing special. There were limited options for juice- only one and the potatoes tasted like soap. I noticed that room is not listed on the web site today. To those booking a room beware that lower level could very well mean the basement with the utility room and or laundry room right across from your room. A disappointment. I"

"The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only one desk chair in room. Big open space where comfortable chair should have been. Unable to get into courtyard. Doors locked. Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. When checking in directed to the hallway ti go to the left to go to room. Our room was almost the farthest to the back of a very large building and we walked the entire bldg to get to our room with our luggage. The staff should have explained where to park and which door to enter."

"If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom. The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment."

"There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained. Never again."
