"I stayed at RACV Goldfields resort for 1 night as I was in Ballarat for the marathon. I couldnt believe the size of the room when I opened the door, it was huge, it even had a spa bath! I had to go back into my emails to check how much I paid for the night, as surely I paid much more than what I thought! But no, it was so reasonable priced for the room I was given. "The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. "Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs."

"What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. "Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, warm house. Too much large furniture and too many knick knacks made the property feel very crowded. "

"It was a lovely stay with delicious breakfast and beautiful garden at the back for a walk in the morning. They had late check in available till 11pm which was really helpful for us. We will definitey come back to explore more."
