"Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation. We're good people all around. Friendly and accommodating. They even call to notify us that my truck tailgate had been left open when we departed. I Thank them for that. Definitely worth consideration. For us it was affordable and convenient to getting to a competition at the mississippi coast coliseum and everything else all weekend."

"Room especially bathroom was dirty. Losts of rust throughout the room. Bugs seen. Everywhere we went smelled of weed. Had a problem with key not working and the guy that was sent to help was very rude. The ladies on Sunday were very nice to help us out but the night before being on second flood with no elevator was a pain going up and down stairs with hurt back and hip and having to get someone to keep unlocking the door. The breakfast Buffett was good. I wouldn’t stay here again"

"The location is good. The rooms are very dated and need refreshing, especially the bathroom. only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes that were not in as good shape as rags at home. BUT saying all that, it's okay if you just need to sleep and shower for $52 can't barely be beat. "
