"Wow such a treat having a massive spa bath in our room plus a spa pool on our terrace. The room was huge & very quiet. Maybe the gardens could have been a little more maintained to take advantage of the beautiful snow capped mountains. The restaurant was a little large & stark and kind of felt out of place compared to the intimacy of the rest of the property."

"WOW, Just Wow! 😍 Was booking from the bottom of Western Australia and saw this property and knew I had to book it - and it certainly didn't disappoint. Excellent communication from owners, even offering to heat up hot tub in advance. The Isobel Dome is divine and so beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed with lovely linens and blankets. "Heater was on when we arrived and the manager was very helpful. We were in a disabled unit and there seems to bean issue with the fan. There is no air conditioning but Goodyear s. The electric blanket on one side of the bed couldn't be turned off without pulling out the electric plug."

"When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. "Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows.
