"Clean room"

"The window would not close all the way. There was a 1" gap. Even though I was told there was no pets on the same floor there was a dog barking 2 doors down. One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke"

"Never even got to stay there. The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel."

"Staff was not overly friendly. Room was ok but the chair in the room had an extremely large stain that was still wet to the touch. The following morning, I awoke to water pouring from the ceiling into the bathroom floor. Someone above me was taking a shower and the water was coming through a vent in the ceiling and into the floor in my room. This continued for over 30 minutes. I informed staff of this issue and they did not seem surprised or overly eager to correct the issue. They didn't even offer an apology. Breakfast was minimal. No Orange Juice and out of waffle batter. No workers could be seen refilling anything either. Will not stay here again. "

"The property has a great layout and the rooms are spacious. There was no coffee at breakfast, only one carafe of coffee. It was spring break weekend though, so might have been more busy than normal. Average breakfast offerings, so, not bad. Staff was very friendly. We stayed at a different property the weekend prior and this property was much more family friendly. It was acceptibly clean. It just looks like it needs maintenance, like peeling wallpaper. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. Toilet seat lid is missing a bumper. Minor stuff like that. "
