Great overnight stay

We booked the Viewpoint at short notice and it didnt disappoint. Room was clean, tidy and very spacious. Host was very accommodating when we had a lot of traffic preventing us from getting there at the time we stated. Breakfast was wonderful and all in all, a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great place to stay

Been to Poole many times and usually stay in the Premier Inn, however decided to give this ago and I would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money, bottles of water, a proper carton of milk, tea and biscuits provided. Can’t remember the names of the people that run it but they are lovely and very helpful. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Only thing I would say was it could do with a deeper clean. It wasn’t dirty but general dust and limescale. Overall very happy.

Viewpoint was a great place to stay. Breakfasts were exceptionally good, The rooms were nice and clean though we did have a problem with the beds and had to change rooms. The property was in a perfect position for catching buses to the depot to reach almost anywhere. Ideal for pensioner bus passes. 8\10

It was ok but not as we had booked it. We're supposed to have a King size four posted bed but instead we got a double bed. The beddings not changed,( when we stayed in some hotels we got fresh beddings everyday) room not cleaned for our duration of stay, bins not emptied and towels are looking tired (not keen on the colours of mustard brown?, white is better as you can see if it's clean) Breakfast is ok but not brilliant (ordered poach egg and it was swimming in water/very runny). A good selection of fruits but some are not so fresh (a leftovers from previous day is being served the next day) The stairs are quite dangerous (steep and narrow) Not 4* as rated. The owner was helpful though to accommodate and moved back the dates as my husband has emergency tooth extraction. Overall it's ok.

Prisvärt!

Absolut prisvärt! Vårt rum, hade fräscht badrum vilket är viktigt för oss. Trevlig service och god frukost! På lagom avstånd fanns restauranger och vi hade tur att hamna på restaurangen La Dolce Vita! Supergod mat!

Heather the owner was extremely helpful as our ferry to Jersey was cancelled and she helped arrange to change our sailing to Portsmouth with her mobile phone as we're from New Zealand and didnt have mobile data setup on our phone. She couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Clean & Comfortable.

Once located, the property is very convenient for local amenities. Although alongside a busy roundabout there was no noise disturbance due to good soundproofing. The host was welcoming and the breakfast exceptional. We would stay again.

A very welcoming family run guest house. It is run by the owners and they are very accommodating. I have just finished a first class breakfast here setting me up for the day. I would highly recommend this little place.
