I spent several hours cleaning it in order to feel comfortable staying in it at all. We also had upstairs neighbors that kept us up all night long. The price point on these rooms doesn’t match with the unsanitary conditions. We won’t be going back. "

"I was injured by the bed frame, a metal bar 2 inches from the foundation. Maintenence and cleanliness were poor. The bed itself was punishing. Bedding inadequate. We found insects, likely carpet beetles, including one in our bed after the first night. When reporting our concerns, the staff was not suprised. We had to report through customer service to refund our second night. "

If they are not allowing anyone to use the pool, they need to remove it from their list of amenities and reduce their prices to stay there. "
