We couldn't have asked for more at Qunita da Roseria. Our hosts were the best we experienced on our 4 week trip. A beautiful property, quaint well appointed cottages and a lovely prepared breakfast. Wish we had more than a night here. Would definitely recommend this property.

Opah foi mesmo muito bom e excedeu as expectativas. A entrada e o acesso era lindissimo. O espaco da casa era muito acolhedor e tinha ar condicionado que ajudou a "sobreviver" a estes dias de calor abrasivo. Ambiente muito calmo, ideal para relaxar, com um espaco de piscina e de natureza à volta de rir e chorar por mais. Acolheram-nos muito bem, o pequeno almoço era ótimo! Queriamos ter ficado mais tempo. Um especial agradecimento ao senhor Filipe que nos deu o check in e bos deu ótimas recomendações. Vale super a pena

The property has a lot of potential but it’s a bit rundown. There were few amenities and the rooms were not super clean. The bath in particular had a moldy bathtub curtain. The rooms itself were also not especially cozy or well appointed. The property overall felt deserted at times with not even the owner or any service personnel present. Additionally we had to reserve the largest room because that was the only one that allowed a flexible cancellation which was important due to covid travel restrictions. But when we got there we realized ALL the other rooms were vacant. This seemed a bit like we were forced into paying for much more than we needed. Due to all of the above we can’t say it was a good value nor can we recommend it.
