"Breakfast was included. It was a mix of cold items and warm items. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside for .60€/hr I don’t think I paid more then 3€ a day due to being out and about plus after 8pm it’s free until 8am. "

"Location is 20 minute walk to the centre square. A few great restaurants around within a ten minute walk. Lovely coastal walk across the road. Staff was super friendly and the whole check-in/out process was easy. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean."

"Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot...

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our flight was cancelled so we found this local hotel and wow did it blow us away! The staff members were incredible and treated us so well! The hotel was clean and quiet and very well furnished. Plus it was so easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. This is an amazing place!"
