"We booked this hotel in an emergency due to a late canceled flight. Everyone involved was super helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was very nice. All staff are friendly and courteous."

"We booked a double room for two people under my name but for for some reason they made us pay extra when my husband and I tried to check in - we ended up paying around 950 for 4 nights stay. The hotel is sold as 4 star hotel, honestly this is more like a 3 star hotel which was a 4 star hotel 20 years ago , premises are bit old with a funky carpet and some lights are not working in the highest floors We wanted to use the swimming pool and sauna and again we had to pay for it extra Best thing about this place is the breakfast and the location and the guy at the bar who made us the white sangria Majority of guests are above the age of 50-60 so it’s seems quite focused on bus trips for older generations and activities focused on them. There is nothing VIP about this place. I would recommend if you don’t have any other options and extra money to spare"

"Our stay at Senhora da Rosa was a truly memorable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — the team here elevates the entire stay and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. One of the standout highlights was the Asian‑fusion restaurant. The dishes were creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It’s easily one of the culinary gems of the property and absolutely worth experiencing during your stay. The amenities throughout the hotel are thoughtfully designed, and the surrounding nature is simply breathtaking. The lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and overall setting make it a perfect place to unwind. The outdoor pool is especially lovely — modern, refreshing, and set against a gorgeous natural backdrop. There are, however, a few areas where the spa and gym facilities could be improved. The spa would benefit from: • A hotter sauna and a proper steam room • Warmer showers • A rest area that feels cozier, as it was a bit chilly These enhancements would bring the wellness experience up to the same high standard as the rest of the property. Overall, Senhora da Rosa is a beautiful retreat with outstanding staff, delicious dining, and a serene natural environment. With a few upgrades to the spa and gym, it has the potential to be truly exceptional."
