"Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast."

"The room was in a perfect location. It's a very old building and is showing it's age. The maintenance worker kindly helped us find the parking lot and got the window shutters open. That made the room bright. It has a high ceiling which also made the room feel large. We enjoyed our stay."
