"Hands down, I am spoiled after staying here. It was so intimate, breakfast was fresh, parking was easy. Little walk to park but my husband didn’t mind cause it was free. The staff was amazing. Meet and greet at 5pm is my favorite, you get to talk to other folks and enjoy all the treats. Such a beautiful place and wonderful stay. "

"The suite was super clean and comfortable. You’re within walking distance to the old St. Augustine. The only issue we had was the fact that you hear everything above and below you. There were quite a few kids there when we stayed and they were early risers and very noisy. But overall great place to stay. "

"The property is close to all of the attractions. We walked to them. Parking at the Welcome Center across the street is not as expensive compared to the hotel valet parking."

"The breakfast menu was good. Our room smelled bad. We think it was coming from the shower drain. Garbage with left with food in our room. It was difficult parking several blocks away. You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. We were afraid to go out in the hallway. The owner was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement due to the smell...

"The staff at the Bayfront are exceptional , and the friendly atmosphere prevails from the free breakfast (real breakfast - from cereal to omelets and biscuits) through the rest of the day. Very nice clean rooms , pristine pool ,and right on the water front - and you are right in the heart of the oldest town in America."

"Stayed 1 night in room 117. Bed was good. Pillows were well beyond lifespan. A/C was loud. Bathroom paint was badly eroding. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Overall, not the best value."

"Loved this place!!!! In an amazing location, a well-maintained property. You can hear music some nights but that did not bother us. Parking is off of a different street, 7 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Again, the location was perfect, the price was perfect. Make sure you use the black towels they provide to take off makeup."
