"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"A very unique B&B with the sweetest hosts ever. So helpful, kind, and accommodating. Location is excellent, very close to the main entry to Pompeii Archeological site and about 15 min walk from the regional train station (which we used for the train ride there as the Circumvesuviana was down with zero communication from Trenitalia). We stayed in the Pompeii room which was super fun. Thank you to our lovely hosts!!"

"Proximity to the ruins is brilliant. Also to the town and station. The 4 flights of stairs to the second floor were a workout, but the view of Mt Vesuvius was stunning. The room was great, bed comfortable, and the fridge was a useful extra. Shower takes a really long time to run hot, but is lovely when it does. Lights and noise from the kids park next door during the evening was barely discernible with the door closed. The cafe downstairs is really nice, and obviously a local attraction...

"A lovely set of apartment/bedroom properties in an excellent location sharing a common entrance, within steps of the Pompei Santuario Circumvesuviana stop, a short walk to the Pompeii Archeological park ruins, and plenty of food and other options nearby. Room/linens very clean and beds comfortable, if a bit creaky. As others have said, it is on a busy road that backs up especially when train crossing blocks road, but as most of Pompei, and the room seems super safe and the fairly new insulted...
