"One of our favorite hotels during our time in Italy! It lives up to the name of a romantic hotel. Best to come without kids. Loved the kind friendly staff. They made it special for my husbands 40th birthday. Love the private beach area they have. Great pillows! They give you slippers and a robe to use! And a great beach bag as well! "We selected Terminus for its convenient and central location and 24 hour front desk service/ check-in. We had a late flight arrival making this location ideal for quick bus trip from airport. Complimentary bottle of wine and expansive continental breakfast were fantastic. Room locks were in process of being swapped out so we did have trouble with room access. This issue is likely resolved but wanted to note as possible frustration for future travelers."

"Beautiful historical hotel with stunning views atop the cliffs of Sorrento. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our suite had an ample twin bed for our daughter in the salon separate from our bedroom. Lush garden area and nice pool area. Staff was excellent. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel. Wonderful food and setting. This was our 3rd time in Sorrento and 1st time at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
