The hotel was always clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and could speak good English. Small things that could improve the hotel, are a shelf above the sink in the bathroom, so that you can put toiletries on. A waste bin in the bedroom. Apart from that the hotel was excellent value for money and well situated within the city centre. Would have no hesitation in going back on my next visit. And would be happy to recommended this hotel.

Great central location.

Awesome stay in Poltava. The hotel is in a great location, very central, but very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, and the receptionists are great. I know where to stay when I'm in Poltava again.

Уютно!

Из плюсов: маленький, уютный и нешумный, несмотря на то, что он и правда "центральный", до тусовочных улиц, театра, магазинов- минут 5 ходьбы максимум. Уютный номер, достаточно просторный, на втором этаже, все очень свежее и чистое, как сказала девочка-администратор, отель только недавно открылся. Минусов не обнаружено, хотелось бы завтрак еще, но напротив кафе хорошее, прямо через дорогу, очень вкусно. Очень понравилось.
