The location was perfect (20yard from La Rambla) and all the nearby place to visit and enjoy. Unfortunately there is a lot of make over happening of La Rambla (expected to finish Mar 2027), however it doesn’t impact too much on ones access to all the places.
As for the hotel the room was comfortable and well presented, only wish they provide water bottles in the room (as it’s very hot in Barcelona). The breakfast was passable nothing special and staff were very attentive and quick to react

"The Expedia page advertise my room as a four person room and when I got there, they said it was only for two adults and two children. It was two double beds, which could easily have fit my family in the United States. We would’ve had no problem. The front desk people were unapologetic and not empathetic ..."

"We loved everything about Hyatt Regency from the wonderful staff who helped us take our broken luggage to our room (because of British Airways breaking our bags), to the lovely front desk people everyone there was so friendly and helpful i cant wait to see them again!"
