Rosanna was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Super easy getting the key! Rosanna sent us step by step and even a video! We had questions about the area and she answered them right away too! Several Restaurants and shops so close!! Amazing location!! I highly recommend this hotel! It’s about 4 min from Lama Monachile beach which is stunning!! Views from every angle within a 4 min walk from this hotel room. Parked for free at the train station up the street (only 4 min walk away!). Room has everything! Espresso machine, snacks, a mini kitchen, a gorgeous bathroom. You won’t be disappointed. We will def be coming back!

The accommodation was probably in the best location in Polignano with walking distance to anywhere you needed to go. The room was on the smaller side but was equipped with everything you would need down to the smallest detail. Rosana the host was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend

Probably the nicest room we stayed at this entire trip, very modern and clean. Be aware, there's no parking at the property. You'll need to park at a nearby train station (free). Or there's a 15 euro garage that the owner can help you set up. Owner was very kind and responsive. Great place.

Noisy/very loud talking - I booked it because it mentioned “street parking”, but it is misleading because there is NO street parking available. The first night I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a spot. Finally, I went to the train station. I was not happy leaving my car in a random train station. Regardless the place was impeccable and pretty. Rosanna was very communicative and helpful.

Vi bodde i La Casa di Benedetto 2 dager. Rommet var oppusset med god standard inkludert en liten enkelt utstyrt kjøkkenkrok.Sengen var imidlertid litt hard etter vårt syn. Veldig sentral beliggenhet av stedet med kort vei både til togstasjonen og gamlebyen. Stedet ligger imidlertid på gateplan rett ut mot et gatehjørne der det kan være litt støy.

Très joli appartement très bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la plage. Calme, frais et bien équipé. On avait même des croissants et des jus de fruit offerts pour le petit-déjeuner
