Kid Friendly Hotels in Polignano a Mare

"We arrived ahead of stated 4pm checkin ( unaware we could have arrived at any time) and were not able to reliably find and enter ithe designated parking because of our understanding of his parking explanation. Because of telephone connectivity issues ,nice person at nearby snackbar called for me to the BB. The BB owner was none too happy that a stranger called him. He did inform me of how to enter his place and our room off hours and that he was sending a cart to get us and car into the lot. We were quite surprised that we had to climb alot of steep and narrow stairs to our room lugging luggage. Our room was very nice , clean and spacious. We found out later that we had been upgraded and were shown our original matrimonial room which really did not have floor space for suitcases. We had a little balcony which was nice to get air but a pain in night from the bar a few places away. Italy does not seem to enforce their 11 pm noise curfew. Breakfast buffett was nice and was on the terrace. It had a variety of cakes, cheeses and cold cuts , bread , a few strawberries in a bowl , boiled eggs cut in half on a plate and little pieces of the thinnest frittata ever seen. Better on the second day And coffee. The owner was not pleased I reviewed our stressful parking issues online saying angrily that that was the thanks he got for his upgrade ( which we knew nothing about).As the atmophere then became uncomfortable , unwelcoming we left the next day despite having paid for 3 "

"Had an amazing experience at this beautiful property right in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing both Giuseppe & Emio were so kind & welcoming. Gave us instructions on parking ahead of time. They also gave us the best food recommendations - the pasta right across from our place was the best we had during our trip. Stroll the streets and find the mojito bar ! The room was clean with a balcony that looked over the bridge which was great for people watching. We will definitely be coming back, thanks so much for having us ❤️"

"Stayed in the “Romantic” room. Clean room but no TV. Not an issue but noting for others who might prioritize a TV. Bar that operates late into night is directly below room but noise was minimized by door/windows. Can easily hear staff talking loudly in the office below the room in the morning, which was a little disruptive. "

"The hotel was nicely kept snd the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is s cute family ran location and you can feel the warmth. I would book this again the next time I return to this city. "
