We arrived late at night, and the host sent us very clear check-in instructions via WhatsApp. We also checked out very early in the morning, so we never had the chance to meet the host, but everything went seamlessly. "This hotel was very amazing for our 3 night stay. Carola and her brother were so friendly and very accommodating. They gave us great recommendations around town, took care of all our concerns, and both helped with carrying our luggage to and from our room. Everyday they had different breakfast options offered, which was delicious. The room and hotel itself was great, very clean and well maintained, AC worked great, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The location of the hotel is also in the heart of the town, which made our stay very convenient. The only reason I placed a 4 star review was because the wifi and data service in our room was not good. We had little to no service while in our room, although outside of our room, both the wifi and data worked fine. We did express these concerns and the staff tried to help figure it out but were not able to spot the problem. I would still definitely recommend this hotel, and would come again!"

"One of our favourite hotels when visiting Puglia. The location of this place was fantastic, and is great for getting to and from small town for exploring each day. The hospitality is incredible, as well. We felt taken care of during each moment on this property - from check in to every meal, to pool service and any accommodation needed, the staff was there for any request. Special shoutout to Guiseppe - he was the absolute best!"

Experiência de jantar Pugliese é incrível também vale super !"
