I could barely make it from my truck to the doors without being out of breath plus my luggage and traveling alone. The lady was nice enough to find me a room on the floor, however that room was questionable at best. The bathtub had a giant crack on the side of it. "The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive,otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep."

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "

"Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible. "

"No designated pet area. Looked like people were “living” there. Staff was friendly. Cash deposit was kinda sketchy. But did get it back at check out. Not the best place but worked for what we needed. A place to sleep and shower. "

"The rooms aren’t cleaned very well. And no one is at the front desk after 9pm till morning so make sure your keys work. Other then that it’s fine."

"MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "

"We were just passing through and this place looked perfect. When we were walking to our room we really enjoyed the nature sounds in the halls. The log features were beautiful. Very cozy place. Wish we could have stayed another night, or two. "
