"Check in was a bit delayed for a late check in. The front desk questioned me several times about the booking and I felt because I was dressed in basketball shorts and muscle shirt I was being judged a bit even after showing the itinerary as if I was lying. But once confirmed her attitude changed. Aside from that the stay was great. Spa and restaurant employees were courteous and helpful. Great buffet options and food was fresh and delicious. The spa amenities were very clean and updated. Outdoor pool areas very clean and well maintained. The curtain in the restroom window was not functioning properly to open."

"The hotel restaurant, terraces, and pool are all pretty and well-maintained. The private parking is a plus in such a congested traffic area. The rooms are very sparse and could use some improvements, such as bedding and drainage odors from the bathroom. The neighborhood dogs barked nonstop until 2:00 in the morning! I know that’s not the hotel’s fault…just bring earplugs, even if you keep the windows closed!"
