"J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits pour ma mère de 85 ans et moi même. Lors de notre arrivée à la réception, on nous a indiqué que notre chambre avait été attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre, mais que nous avait donné une grande chambre avec deux lits en deux places. Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ou un lit était bien fait. Oui mais l’autre par contre laisse vraiment à désirer. Lis non fait, couette juste posée, draps non repassé, c’est une honte "
