"Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! "Funky boutique hotel. Just what I needed for my short stay. Would benefit from a better "lobby" that didn't require lugging suitcases up stairs. I parked cheaply in a lot nearby and although I saw online that parking was an option, there was no one at the valet the entire time I was there so glad I wasn't depending on that. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful."

"The price is right and the location is convenient. The staff were very nice. Minor setback for the 2nd checkin day they completely made up for it. They were very apologetic which I can appreciate. We were put in a Suite because they did not have what we purchased on Expedia. It’s 2 rooms put together. We loved it. Also The Tavern had great food and staff. The rooms need updates but it was decent and clean. The valet parking can be a bit much. Overall great for a quick stay!"
