I was standing on the dock with no choice but to get on the Aqua Cruise or be stranded in Ha Long Bay with no hotel. They refused to refund me my one night stay and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it. Do not book with Lily. Do not use Hotels.com. they are not respectable companies. "
