Pochampalli hotels from RM51

"The property was clean and the location was good. That was only the good part. Buffet breakfast was included in the package. But the hotel said breakfast will be served in their other property which was 4 kms away and you need to travel on your own. And now, the worst part is, there is a guy called Thomas taking care of buffet. His behavior was extremely rude and disgusting with people coming from this property. I think the management should get themselves involved and sort their internal issue so that the guests dont suffer. With such bad behavior, you dont feel like eating. Hope some appropriate action would be taken based on this feedback. "

"Hotel manager ask cancelled the stay and not yet returned the money. Very worst manager and irresponsible answer. They informed last minute cancalleation after reached the destinations. Money have not returned yet "

"The room was fine but the bathroom was very bad - bad construction and poorly maintained. The walls were very dirty and they did not clean it despite asking them to do so once we checked in."

"Adjacent to main market. All the tourist places are nearby. Hotel rooms are specious and clean. Breakfast spread is very good. Staffs are very good. Parking facility is available. Camp fire and open air theater. "
