"This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor and the views were awesome especially at night. They have shuttles to the Yuanshan Metro. The breakfast buffet is delicious. They even shuttle you to the pool but you can easily walk there in 5 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel."

"They have got an excellent restaurant for impressive dinner menu and an amazing variety of breakfast. Both the public and private bath in the room were amazing. Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby. "

"Enjoyed our time immensely. The breakfast was refined, beautifully presented, and varied. The hotel was generous with amenities like afternoon snacks, evening happy hour, snacks and drinks in room, and face masks. The in room bath was beautiful stone and large. The public bath space was a little small but very clean and also had generous free snacks like apples, milk, and pokari sweat. "
