"Located near lots of restaurants and a parking garage with chargers for electro vehicles. Neighborhood is a bit tricky at night with homeless. Breakfast has nice, fresh variety of options and staff is lovely. I checked in late in the evening & found that the reception desk was “tired” and not very engaged. "

"This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof."

"I always pick this hotel to bring my daughter to when we're visiting my college state. She loves the pool and I love the cleanliness."

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was."

"The blanket had a burn hole, there was other peoples hair in my fresh towels, the place constantly smelt of smoke."

"I was at first given a key to someone else's room. Luckily no one was there but stuff was. Staff worked that out fast. The room was nice BUT no fridge. That kinda sucked. However, I was only there to sleep and although a more rowdy motel that I'm used to (armed security patrolling the place a sign of how bad it can get) I got a nice sleep in a comfy bed."

"The hotel was very convenient, clean, spacious, my only negative remark was that the room had a smell maybe past occupant smoked but I had my febreeze so not too bad. I will stay again!"

"Overall the hotel is very nice! The restaurant is pricey, and for the quality of the food it doesn’t seem worth it however the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean! My only complaint is the beds. They are so uncomfortable and by the 2nd night it hurt to walk due to the back pain from the beds. Other than that I have no complaints. "
