"Very basic, small rooms. Small pool. Get what you pay for. Coffee at breakfast was in drinkable. Staff was very kind and nice. Working hard! Especially at breakfast."

"The room was not clean, in our room the ceiling had a water leak at some point and had not been fixed, the door to our room did not close properly and would not dead bolt. The staff was no help with kids running up and down the hall knocking on door At 11:45 at night. There was no parking at the hotel and were told to park off the property and walk."

"People calling the front desk ended up calling our room. We were in 301. We received 4 phone calls. One call was nasty—a guy complaining about noise and was ready to cause a big stir if the problem wasn’t corrected. When talking to the front desk about the problem we didn’t get any help. Please correct your telephone system. Basically when people press the front desk button, they are directed to 301."

"Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an...
