"We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

"Family trip, hotel offers many amenities, always something to do, great fitness center, olimpic pool. Yoga, cycling inside pool, water polo, all sorts. Animation team at night was amazing, guys really did keep kids entertained. The island also offers great touristy attractions to see.. "

"Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times...

"Great stay. A real treat for us as my husband has just had the all clear to travel again after months of recovery from cancer surgery. We treated ourselves to a sea view suite - with amazing views, half board in the buffet restaurant was better than expected too. "

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again."

"We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! "
