"While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing."

"The pool was a major win and we watched it being vacuumed every morning and continuously skimmed throughout the day with nets. The atmosphere is nice and it's just steps away from the beach. Rent a boogie board and spend a few hours playing in the waves. It's super fun! There are amenities for young children that we really didn't learn about before we went.
