"The personal were excellent. They could use an ice machine, although the staff will provide ice upon request. Room temperature at night was too warm. All in all a wonderful experience."

"Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable.
They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends.
Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits.
Very disappointing"

"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"Room was clean and comfortable, although a little bit dated. A little noisy early in the morning was some kind of fan motor coming on. It was very noticeable in the room hot water took a long time to get to the fourth floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful convenient for travel from LAX."
