Hotels near Playa Del Faro

"Fantastic glamping tents with everything you need, fully fittted out kitchen with 2 hobs, microwave toaster and kettle, plates cutlery pans chopping board etc, we cooked steaks, Spanish pigs ears and all sorts. Location is approx 30-40 min walk from Fuengirloa station. You can catch the 220 bus to Marbella and get off at the BP garage. Rooms have aircon and heaters and a TV. Pool is nice and very clean, and there is a small gym. Bargain, cost us £190 for 4 nights for the room. Hopefully back later in the year or next April, ideal for a budget getaway. "

"The location of hotel is very good. Staff are friendly. The reception, restaurant and pool area are lovely. The rest of the hotel needs updating. Rooms need a good clean. Curtains very badly ripped and extremely dirty. Bathroom was very dirty. You can see they get a quick clean for next guest but they really need a deep clean especially around doors where people touch a lot of built up grime."

"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Family room was spacious and adequate. Lots of noise from neighbours running down tiled corridors. Pool was very large and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Small play park on the side. Only issue for us was the food and drinks & location. Extremely over priced for the area, no kids meals available. Portion of fries 6.50 euros that’s crazy. Drinks very expensive as well. We chose not to use the hotel for food and drinks for this reason. Hotel is very far from anything but a chopping centre. It’s about 20 minutes to the quiet end of the promenade. To the centre of Fuengirola it’s a good 40 mins walk so don’t be fooled thinking it’s walkable with kids. Nothing much in the area other than the shopping centre. "

"We booked the 2 Bedroom Premium Plus with Hot Tub. Nice clean property which matched what was described online. The hot tub was hot throughout our stay. The only thing they could improve on was to give more toiletries matching the length of stay. Overall we had a good time."

"The breakfast was fresh with lots of choice. The room was clean and so was the bathroom, very spacious. We travelled in on the train from Malaga airport and its about a 15 minute walk to the hotel. If you choose this option on departure, worth noting that the train station does not open until 6am. Fuengirola has sonething for everyone. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. We ate out apart from breakfast, choices of food are plentiful. Beach is very clean and nearby, just over the road. The pool was freezing cold, however itcwas February. Fantastic 5 night stay, would definitely return."

"Very clean. Pool heated. Small gym and sauna to keep the teenagers happy. Small park. Food and drink on site. Basic apartments. Very small. No washing machine in apartment but laundry services on site. Beds are very small. Bathrooms are tight and small. For the price for a family of 6 we would stay again. "
