"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "This is the first all inclusive resort in Cancun area that I have felt pretty strongly that I wanted to return! We stayed in a beachfront Casita suite and it was fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. Amazing spa! And probably the two biggest game-changers are that this resort obviously hires very thoughtfully, and they hire incredible, high-quality staff. All service was superb. And the food was up a notch - thoughtful, more complex flavors and lots of authentic food. The only negative that I can...

"Just finished a solo trip and was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff was completely outstanding rooftop staff breakfast staff super nice would absolutely stay here again. Traveled by myself and been to Playa many times one block away from the walking street gorgeous gorgeous pool area. I would honestly say the only thing that lacked a little bit was the Jim, breakfast was good and 100% really happy with my choice of the hotel."
