"It’s a great central location, we had one of the Junior suites which had a king size bed, a separate sitting area and a massive shower room. A beautiful period building with just 10 rooms. The reception staff were all very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue, if you needed good broadband connection, was the speed. WiFi coverage was ok but the speed was very poor."

"Ideally located in the old town. 15 minute walk from the train station. A beautiful hotel with loads of history. All staff are brilliant, from reception, to hospitality (shout out to Brian) and housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing, you won’t go hungry. Bedrooms are spacious and well maintained. "This boutique hotel is conveniently located in the Cathedral square . You walk out the doors and a choice of restaurants and cafes are within steps ! The rooms although not huge are a good size with confortable beds and yes comfortable pillows too ! Loved the rooftop pool area that makes you feel even closer to the impressive Cathedral . "Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. "

"Pool was not great and there was no wait staff to bring drinks, etc. Walking distance to center was great. Room and beds were very comfortable. Staff was excellent and helpful."

"The property is very centrally located near to the cathedral but it is also very noisy at night in spite of double glazing. In my friend’s room, the TV channels were not available and the safe was broken for the whole duration of our stay. The staff were apologetic and helpful. The breakfasts were basic to say the least. We left a day earlier than planned. I would definitely avoid using this hotel again."
