"Raphael at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He took time to look up and explain our bus route from Belamendina to Esteponia. Clean cheerful room with balcony was nice. Bed was comfy! Very happy!"

"The room had an excellent view to the beach. The room only has a helicopter ceiling fan which was even in April insufficient to keep cool at night. Space for clothes is very limited and the area for hanging clothes will be too high for small people. The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was excellent. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap...

"The welcome form the staff here was exceptional. We arrived late and our Sat Nav took us to the rear of the Hotel where a friendly builder directed us to the back entrance to the Hotel, which was hard to see in the dark. Everything in the room was perfect and as described - 5 stats all round thank you "
