The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable—truly the best night’s sleep I’ve had during any of my visits to Veracruz. I’ve stayed in the city before, but this experience surpassed all the others by far. "The WC was broken, the doors didn’t close, we had a massive attack of mosquitoes during the night, and there was no cover for the light to enter the room. The location is very nice but we didn’t enjoy it because nobody accepts credit card or transactions. So is difficult if you don’t bring a car."
