The room was nice enough but the AC fan was noisy and had only one speed. We couldn't get it to go on low speed. Talked to the front desk and they said they'd come up to take a look but never showed up? The room honestly wasn't worth the $180. Didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment about that. Parking was good.

The staff was pleasant. The place appeared clean at first glance. Our bathroom had all new toiletries and looked clean, but there was a towel hanging from a previous guest behind the bathroom door. Due to the time of year there were LOTS of bugs outside in the back. They were all over the patio doors and in the room. I killed about five in the room. I just felt like bugs were on me even though they weren’t. The back on the property sits on a creek/river and is very pretty but could use more TLC on the bank so as to enjoy it more. Lots of the screw. doors were just hanging on the frame or completely off.

Older but very clean and friendly staff. Competitive price, decent breakfast. Is located on a busy street coming into Platteville which meant strong parking lot lights right outside the window, no way to have drapes open on ground floor.
