"An absolute stunning view from this fabulous property overlooking Platys Gialos beach. Our room was superb with balconies at the front and side and well appointed. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries, cheese, fruit, yogurt, coffee and more. Our hosts very friendly and provided great information about visiting parts of the island. We thanked them for providing a wonderful four day stay at wonderful Neriedes Hotel. "

"Great stay and beautiful place! Owner was very welcoming and had a tray for coffee, breakfast items, and fruits. The place was beautifully decorated and the beach was across the street! Would definitely recommend!"

"This so called villa was dirty , not well kept. No air conditioning. The property was dangerous to drive to. It was out of the way and near a heli port. The location noted on Expedia of Platis Yialos was not accurate. It was no where near it. The villa requested we wire transfer the funds to hold the property months before so there would be no recourse. We left and found rooms elsewhere. Terrible. Lost out deposit of 130o. Euros. The villa requested about 3000 euros for five days...

"This new property on Sifnos is perfection. There really is no other word to describe it. Book the room with the private pool at the bottom of the property if you want your own pool and the most private of rooms with the best view on site. The staff are fantastic and so quick to respond to new glasses or ice being sent to the room. The daily breakfast by the pool was sensational. Order the freshly scrambled eggs. "Nektaria and Flora were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms very clean and comfortable and only a 5mins walk to the town. Do yourself a favour and go meet them. "

"Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. "

The nearby cantina is a very good option for food and drinks, and a few restaurants will deliver to the property. Highly recommended!"

"very nice location, next to the sea, awesome views, great veranda area, nice air condition, the beds are comfortable, would go back definitely. the bathrooms can be a bit bigger and the noise from the neighbor wall could be handled technically."
