"When we checked in, the front desk attendant was phenomenal!! We were tired from traveling all day and had just left another hotel that was filthy. She was very patient. Our rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience."

"They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean."

"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."

"I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. "I wouldn’t stay here again because no one is there to help you after their hours. They never had a rolling luggage cart. The guy said they only had one and it never was available. Also, I didn’t feel safe at times my sister and niece also had somebody following them when they went to their vehicle. There is no broom or anyway to clean the floors, not enough towels. The trash situation is crazy. I will say one thing is the beds are comfortable."
