"Clean and comfortable, EZ parking, good breakfast"

"Had a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Aurora-Naperville. I was traveling with my 91 year old Mother who rides in a wheelchair for distances. Parking was very accessible for us. We first requested a room on the first floor as I had told the Clerk my Mother was in a wheelchair. He did ask if we wanted a handicapped accessible room. I told him that we did not need one. But when we entered the room we found that it was entirely too small for her wheelchair. I couldn't get her wheelchair even into the room where the beds are. So we went out to Clerk and then requested the handicapped room, which was on the 2nd floor. There was plenty of space in the bathroom for Mom and her wheelchair. The problem was that the wheelchair did not fit past the first bed. Breakfast was good and hot with lots of choices. Checkout experience was uneventful."

"Breakfast was OK. No microwave in room. There was a big hole in the middle of the curtain. Will not stay here again."

"Room was fairly clean but had a smell strong enough that the windows needed to be fully open. Shower was fair at best, plenty of hot water but terrible water pressure. Breakfast was fair at best. "

"I stayed there several times I never had a bad experience as far as staff goes. Whenever I have had problems they fixed, no push back. Only complaint is there one microwave"

"One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in recent memory, and a fabulously deep soaking tub. Even though I booked last minute, check-in was friendly and effortless. A short walk from the parking garage to the building but the route is covered so would have been no problem if the weather was bad, Parking is secure/covered and included in your booking price. Just don’t forget which floor you parked on, or that the highest the garage elevator goes is 5. Plenty of food options onsite including a limited menu for 24/7 in room dining. Would definitely stay again! "
