"There are no refrigerators, no safes in the room, and no laundry services even though the website explicitly says they have laundry. I was told the website does say they don’t have refrigerators and I spent 40 minutes looking for that info but never found it. Other than that the place is fine. It’s conveniently located, clean, and modern. Had I known ahead of time what they were missing I would’ve stayed elsewhere. "

"I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller.
