"There was no pool available, apparently something was broken on a heat advisory for the area. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all. They canceled my reservation and he never gave a solution for my problem, no other options, no accommodation, no nothing. I will never come back to this hotel."

"Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees."

"Fruit was old & low/out of protein selection , $3.50 to use the dryer for 30 minutes. Never communicated to Expedia regarding my stay length correction."

"The room was very clean, the pool was in excellent conditions but the breakfast needs some improvemen, no hot milk for the coffee, the scrambled egg was very greasy and the lady serving the breakfast was giving attitude when we went to ask for another bagel."

"Everything was clean, there’s a restaurant in the location which makes access to food a convenience as well as a well stocked after hours snack store. Most impressive was the kitchen utensils and pans available for use in the kitchen"

"The bed and bedding were comfortable. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay (sad there was no waffle maker). Aspects of the room and hallways could've been cleaner. Walking into the building it smelled a little like smoke even though it was non smoking. No issues with smell in the room itself."
