"The woman in charge of welcoming us was so pleasant... she made us feel right at home, and it was lovely."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. We got to our room about 9:30 pm. It was clean and big and nice, the tv didn’t work neither did the air conditioner or fan. We asked the front desk and they changed the remote batteries, and said they could try to send someone to look at the ac, but that they didn’t have any other rooms. So we had no ac or fan, and the tv still didn’t work so we also didn’t have a tv."

"The place to stay if you have to visit the Merced area. Just outside of town but close enough to everything and minutes from UC Merced. Still has that new hotel smell."

"The hotel was amazing beautiful decorated. It’s one of the kind hotel. I would totally recommend to stay there."

"Room had very dirty carpet. Toilet wouldn't flush right, no trash can anywhere in the room. No remote control for the TV. Infested with cacaroches. Would skip staying here"

"Hotel is close to the park. The staff was very helpful and facilites were clean with good breakfast in the mornings."

"You get what you pay for. Air conditioner was extremely loud, made it difficult to sleep. Sheets on one bed had a hole in it and a few stains. Bathroom had little flying bugs, the toilet was extremely dusty, and there were little dead bugs in toilet bowl."
