The location is convenient for exploring, though not walkable, so an ATV or car is best. I would recommend utilizing the rental company suggested by Civitas, as we had a terrible experience with the Avis/Budget rental agency on the island. The included breakfast was outstanding every morning. But what made it memorable was Kalliopi’s hospitality. Multiple times she offered to drop us off on her own time when we asked for a taxi. We have never experienced such personal care. I will recommend this place to anyone. I hope we get to visit again one day. "
