"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! "Great stay, friendly staff. Traveling solo makes you appreciate connection, and that’s what I felt with the staff here. Good food, even as a vegetarian I had plenty to choose from. Also, the hotel is not huge which I also appreciate. Small enough to make the stay personal and easy to find your way around. Highly recommend! "
