Hotel Dekat Plagens-Carpenter Park

"Everything was clean, breakfast great and staff accommodating!"

"The bed was fine. The walls were thin. We could hear conversations in the next room. The sink faucet sprayed to the left. The shower was okay. The “orange juice” was orange flavored sugar water. On the plus side, the place was cheaper than others around it."

"Everything was excellent! If I had to find a complaint, it would be that you must request housekeeping services or they will not clean the room. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice."

"Sheets were dirty. Shower head did not work. Strong odor of mold in bathroom. Poor quality of breakfast offerings."

"Room was clean and nice. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was ok-hot things were a little cool, but still good."

"The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....

"The hotel itself was not bad, but unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pool area appeared to be taken over by large groups of people who did not seem to be staying at the hotel. There were multiple families, often groups of 10 or more, rotating in and out of the pool area. It felt as though the pool was being used by outside visitors rather than reserved for paying hotel guests. The front desk staff was polite during check-in, but I find it hard to believe...

"Easy access to downtown and very clean and comfy."
