"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our week stay at Itz'ana Resort!! The property is truly exceptional and very well maintained. We swam in the pool every single day, the restaurant food is delicious for all meals, and the bars (inside and at the pool) serve amazing drinks. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly to us, the service was top notch, and they got to know our 3.5 year old son so well. They were great to him everyday! The resort has daily activities that you can sign...

"The room chosen was listed as having 4 beds with a capacity for 8persons, however upon check in they told us the listing was inaccurate and there was only 3 beds for a capacity of 6. This made the sleeping arrangements significantly less comfortable than planned which was the entire basis of choosing this particular property; nevertheless we made it work. The room itself was clean upon check-in but we had to request toilet paper everyday because house keeping didn't automatically add new ones...

"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"
