"I loved this hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. Located just a block or two from shopping and the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times. Staff was great and recommended things to do and how to get to them like the cathedral at the top of the hill overlooking the city of Lyon. "

"The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

"The room was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast really good, they have plenty of options. There is only 1 person working at the spa so me and my wife had to schedule separate massages. Maybe it’s because of the day, me and my wife stayed on a Tuesday. If you don’t mind that tho, this place is great and really beautiful to walk around inside and outside the property."

Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. "A very good place to stay for a couple of days in Lyon. It’s close to excellent restaurants and several points of interest that can easily be reached on foot.That said, be careful if you stay during the summer and the weather is very hot, as the rooms in this hotel do not have air conditioning, which can be a problem during high-temperature summers."

"Room was the smallest we’ve ever experienced. Almost impossible to get to opposite side of bed without hitting your head on the tv mounted on the wall. Bathroom had a horrible room layout - your knees hit the wall in front of you as you sat on the toilet. Worse than a toilet on a plane. A/C did not work, room was very hot. Don’t waste your money on this place."
